Unable to enter serial of previous version in screen box

I just downloaded the upgrade version of TI 2015. I entered its serial successfully. When I try to enter the serial of any of my previous versions into the box requesting it, it only allows the first character to be entered. I have a list of my serials from Acronis, so it is a correct number.

Well, I got it done. I had to enter the old serial one character at a time because the mouse pointer kept jumping out of the entry box after each character was entered. A pain, but it worked.
