Unable to load LINUX kernel - Raid
Hi, I have ATI Home 2009 and cannot use Recovery Manager. I have ASUS M4a78-e mobo and 2 WD 500 gb hd's in a RAID 1 configuration. When I attempt to use the recovery disk I get a "Unable to load LINUX kernel..." message. I have searched the forums and have found similar posts but I am unsure what the actual solution is. Can someone outline for me step by step how to fix this? Thanks.

I also could not boot into TI2009 and the CD based on the downloadable .ISO worked fine.
Now, how can I "Exclude kernel.dat and ramdisk.dat and replace the old ones"?
I am running Windows 7 x64 and the burned CD seems to be empty in the explorer.
How do I get kernel.dat and ramdisk.dat from the CD, please?
Thank you in advance for any help.

I had a similar problem and no solution with TrueImage 11
My PC: Intel i7/920,MoBo ASRock X58, 2x1TB Raid1, Vista Home
True Image 11 Home, installed built 8.064, also tested Boot-CD with build 8.105
Recovery of C: with Boot-CD produces "unable to load Linux Kernel..", Backup-files are validated.
With my former Pentium4/Windows XP recovery works well.
What can I do now ?

Problem solved by Updating to TrueImage2010 (Testversion) and creating a new Boot-CD
