Unable to Log Into Online Account/Online Backup

Thread needs solution

I just installed TI 2014. I am unable to log in to do online backups. When I enter my Acronis account credentials, it says it failed to connect to the sync server and the program just hangs. I am furious. Online backups was the only reason I decided to give TI one more try, and, of course, they see to it that it disappoints once again.

I had too many problems with version 2013 so I uninstalled it. I wait a year and still there are unacceptable bugs. Why do I keep paying for this?

In the "Manage Synchronization" section online, it shows that my PC has been linked. What is up with this software? I know that my password and log in are correct because, aside from trying it 10,000 times, when I input an incorrect password, it recognizes it.

I have also tried to re-boot and even disable my anti-virus and firewall. No luck. Thanks, Acronis. You've ruined my weekend.

I think the server gets overloaded at times.

Does your PC show up when you log into your cloud/sync from your Acronis account?
