Unable to Register Product / Receive Support

Thread needs solution

Recently purchased/installed True Image 17.0.0.6673. Registered product. Set up Account (userid/password). Now Support says I do not have any products registered so they can't help me. Registering product now say Key is already registered. Yes, it's a Catch-22 alright, with no way that I can find to telephone a real person to get some help.

Do you have any suggestions???

Can you log in to your account at www.acronis.com and verify the registration

Everything is controlled by the email address used. The purchase email and the forum email must be the same. If not, you will need to contact the forum moderator and get them to match or get them to match via editing your account.

The emall address which ways nothing registered differs from email address used when the serial was registered.
