Unable to remove a backup profile; Can I rebuild the Database?

I have several different backup jobs, each for different regions of data. My backup location is a NAS. I cloned one of the backup profiles, and now can't delete it. I created it on the Dashboard with right-click + "Clone Settings". But right-clicking on the clone and choosing "Delete" or "Remove from List" results in an error dialog. It says, "An error occurred in the database". There is an error code which Acronis Smart Error doesn't recognize: "0x006400D1+0x006400CD+0x00640235+0x00640235+0x010103EC+0x0101044D".

Is there a way to destroy and rebuild this database? Or better, find a way to delete these clones.

The clones have never been run -- there are no actual backup files existing.
