Unable to remove past cloud backup job, subscription expired

Thread needs solution

I own three licenses for 2015, and am seeing this issue on all three. Attached file shows screen. I am on Administrator on SwiftR, Baloon spinning, exclamation point. I do not wish to Renew, but have clicked on Renew, and it does nothing. Edit Settings and Delete on this job are grayed out.

Originally Non stop backup, scheduler2 and sync services were running

First disabling Scheduler2 AcrSch2Svc, restart, no change
Then disabling or manual, nonstop and sync agent... I was having problems getting Sync Agent service to stop, even when paused, use of turn off sync (don't get me start on other issues with Sync).

Browsed FAQ, known issues, Searched KB, filters ATI Home, 2015, sorted by relevancy and date ...

First system online job shown above in screenshot magically fixed. Not sure of the combination of attempts, but I left Scheduler2 "manual", and on restart of Acronis, the jobs are finally gone!

Still having difficulties detaching the Online Backup from cloud two 2015 licenses backup and sync jobs, and a 2014 family pack. Long wait times when it appears it's doing something, other systems may also have their subscription expired. There really needs to be a way to clean up all backup and sync tasks and metadata associated with Acronis Cloud.

please sigh out of your account in the program and check if after that you'll be able to remove the backup task.
