Unable To restore A file

Thread needs solution

I've tried restoring a file by both using the BACK Up in Acronis and also with Windows Explorer.

 

When I get to the relative folders there is no files in these folders

Dioudiou, have you followed the steps shown in the ATIH 2015 User Guide: Recovering files and folders - if so, have you tried selecting a different backup version by date / time from the list shown at the top right of the graphic image?
