Unable to start Acronis True Image Home 10.0 from Domain user account with local admin rights

Hey all,
We have a little issue with Acronis True Image Home 10.0 whyere i can't run the program with my user account, which has local admin rights to the PC.
I get the follwing error message when running the program from my account
You do not have enough privileges to start Acronis True Image Home.
If i use the RunAs feature and run it using our domain admin account it works fine.
We have older machines that work and the only difference is that they have the Everyone account with admin rights (Bad idea we know hence the reason for the change).
I'm leaning towards a GPO problem at the domain level as its the only policy that is being applied to my machine.
Anyone have any ideas???
