under the ATI 2015 Tools have Acronis Media Builder and Acronis Universal Boot media, what the different?

i know Acronis Universal is for restore to different system.

I want to create only 1 USB for Acronis Recovery WinPE boot disk for both option, which one should i use?

can the Universal be use to restore on same system?
