Uninstall ATIH 2012 Questions

Would like to remove all traces of ATIH 2012, that was just installed and used once without success (errors, refunding).

When I uninstall ATIH 2012, a screen asks:

1. Delete Secure Zone and distribute it's space across partitions?
Is this OK to answer yes without harming whatever partitions existed prior to the install?

2. Delete Nonstop Backup storages?
OK to answer yes without affecting pre-existing setup?

3. Remove extended capacity disks?
OK to answer yes without affecting partitions on existing 2 internal HD's? If the answer is to leave them or say "no," has ATIH 2012 made a change to my existing disks just by installing the program?
