I uninstalled Acronis 2012 and attempting to reinstall a new version but continue to get error message:

Installation has failed. Another version of this product is already installed.

Yet when I attempt to find anything of Acronis 2012 on my hardrive, I cannot find anything of the deleted version.

Does Acronis have any kind of software to completely remove Acronis from Windows 7 O/S

See http://kb.acronis.com/content/24545 . Be sure to read all the notes marked (!). Except as an ultimate last resort, don't attempt to delete anything manually, especially not any filter/driver files. And good luck.
