Uninstalling or disabling sync to cloud

How do I uninstall this unwanted part of the True Image package. I have un-linked all PC's on the website but as soon as I reboot they are back plus an extra one. Its crazy that this is force installed. It should be an option. At the very least How do I disable it in start up as its doesnt show as a seperate process. It does show in services but its a lot of effort to go in there every time one switches on the PC. Help please !! It taking up valuable systems resource. I'm running W8.1 pro on Microsoft Surface Pro3 i7 256gb
