Things I have noticed:
I can create Universal restore 32 bit. boot usb
But not true image home 2015... will always give error
Other question do I need universal restore 64 bit? 32 bit won't restore 64 bit OS?
Final question in the true image home media builder where u can choose boot media, winpe and universal restore.
If I choose universal restore there, it is referring me to download, to a webpage.
Is this normal?
I do have universal restore in the universalboot creator.

Hi Reconhell,
Please use 32-bit version - it is suitable for the 64-bit OS recovery just fine.
The reason why the creation fails is that True Image product has only 32-bit standard (Linux-based) version of boot media, and Universal Restore Builder is a shared component suitable also for Acronis Backup product line (which also has 64-bit media).

Yes, this page is only for information how the Universal Restore module can be downloaded and used further. Technically Universal Restore media can be created now only through a separate tool.
For future update we'll see how the information can be less confusing.
Thx,
Alexander

Oh dear, I arrived here after experiencing the same issue. I get the error:

I followed the advice to use 32-bit version. But that does not work here.
This gives me the same error:

This is worrying. What happens if I ever need to recover my system?
PS I forgot to mention that if I follow the link to the KnowledgeBase, I end up with a blank screen. At least that makes it consistent with other bits of ATI2015.

Same problem here with Win PE even after running it as Administrator.
Attached is the screenshot of the message I face.
