Unknown error 19 occurs when Acronis Loader is starting

Hi,

This is the first time I am restoring an archive on my new PC (have done several restores of backup archives on my old PC successfully) but I keep getting an unknown error 19 after the PC has rebooted and while the Acronis Loader is starting up. I also tried starting Acronis Loader from the original CD but still no joy.

The Logs in Acronis have no record of the failure - only the fact that I confirmed I wanted to reboot the PC to restore the archive.

The unknown error 19 code is accompanied with what I can only describe as a 'massive call stack' of details, was not sure what bits to pick out apart from the unknown error 19 - has anybody else encountered a problem like this ?

Is there any other alternative ways of starting acronis loader or any methods I can use to diagnose why it won't start on my PC ?

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information it is hard to say what exactly went wrong, so this situation requires investigation. Could you please kindly do the following? 

  1. Download the latest version of the Bootable Media in ISO format from your account, burn it and test whether the result is the same
  2. Specify the exact sequence of steps performed before the error occurred
  3. Obtain screenshot of the error
