unknown Error Codes

Thread needs solution

Hi all!

Everytime I try to backup, I get error messages like shown in the screenshots. Currently I'm using Acronis True Image Home 2011 as trial version. Has anybody an hint how to get rid of these problems?

If I understood the error message correctly, this error occurred when our software was checking for updates, checking for latest available build for example.

To get to the bottom of this issue, please send me a private message with this report so that I can study the logs.
