unlimited number of backup

Thread needs solution

Hi, I have a problem with True Image Home 10, build 4.942
if I set an incremental backup in a position of backup for a maximum number of backup it don't respect the limit and continue as it can, stop only when the HD is full.
Into the register it said that there are to many backup and will erase an old backup but it said that is not a valid archive or not a supported type (archivio non valido o di tipo non supportato) and than create a new file.

I have this problem from the date of buy, I have reinstalled many time, changed place of backup, used the secure zone, erased all backup and the configuration file (acronis_backup_place.cfg) without a solution...

How I can get the last build? I need to pay?

Thanks

To get the latest build, which I believe you aready have, you register your product at the Acronis web site, and then when you log in and go to your registered products, you will see offered whatever is the latest build for that version of the product.

IF you're intersted in a newer version, you can find that at stores and onthe Acrtonis website and here at a discount:

http://www.ugr.com/index.html

Note that ATI makes a backup before checking the user-set limits, so you need enough room for one extra backup, otherwise you will get disk full messages before tha operation is complete. Not sure if that's your problem -- it's not clear from what you submitted.

Thanks for your answer and sorry for my english,
the problem is that I set a limit of 12 backup and I find 19 backup... ATI is setted to erase the oldest file to have always the last 12, at the and it fill the HD and can't complete the operations! It said that can't erase the file, bacause?

I have already registred my product and I have the lastest version offered, but into the web site I've find a new version for ATI, the 7046...
