Update Home 2012 plus pack build 6131 to build 7133. Failed

Its telling me that the old install cant be uninstalled and fails the update. Attached is the log. Thanks in advance for help on this matter.

C:\Windows\Installer dir contains caches of installed msi's , this particular one of main installer of TI Home (not Plus Pack addon) is missing. You can try repair installation of 2012 build 6131 or place said msi in that directory under specified name.
