UPDATE TO LATEST BUILD ATI HOME 2010 PC BACKUP & RECOVERY
I HAVE DOWNLOADED BUILD 7046 TO MY DESKTOP BUT IT WILL NOT INSTALL. MESSAGE SAY I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO CORRECT KEY (?). CONTACT SUPPORT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? I HAVE WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL IMSTALLED ON HP G71 NOTEBOOK. I HAVE BEEN USING ABOVE NOTED EDITION OF YOUR SOFTWARE AND ASSUME IT IS NOT THE BUILD THAT WAS RELEASED IN THE LAST 10 DAYS. HOW DO I INSTALL THE UPDATE?

Hi have the same problem, that #7046 will not install. I am now on build #6053. The installation fails withe the message, tha it can not be installed. If I check for upgrades it tells me, that I am on the latest version.

Hi, I deinstalled TI2010 #6053 and did a new installition of #7064. Now it works. Problem solved!!!

I'm really glad that you've managed to fix the issue.
Indeed, it was that rare occasion when the installation fails because of the previous build was installed. New installer had tried to replace some values in Windows Registry but for some reasons they were locked. When you uninstall the previous version of the software, those values were deleted and the installation was successful.
