Update problem to current release followed by problem with BackUp settings

Hello everybody,

today I did an Update of my Acronis 2012 Home to latest release.

Question 1: WHY is Acronis not able to use the installation settings of current installation. I have had installed the prior release on Drive E:, after Updating and restart ist in C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis - where I dont whant it.

Prior the Update I stored my BackUp settings. Now I try to reimport them.

Question II: WHY are these settings not imported and used as they wehre created.

I created those settings new for one drive and then I made a clone of it. I changed drive, backup name and times for the clone. Doing the backup manually for both results only one file. Just wondering and then found out both Settings using the same target file althoug there is a different file set up. So I have to enter all settings again for any backup I want to.

Question III: WHY is Acronis not able to bug fix this problem since version 2011?

Would be great to get some answers.
