Update from V15.0.6154 to V15.0.7119

Thread needs solution

Trying to up Update from V15.0.6154 to V15.0.7119 BUT it keeps on reporting that I already have the LATEST version. This has happened both with web and stand alone install. How do I overcome this?

Welcome Peter,

This is likely due to a errant registry entry. To resolve:

Download the latest build installer from your account.

Download the Clean Up Utility

Export any Back Up Tasks you wish to save

Uninstall the previous version using Add/Remove or Programs & Features applet.

Run the clean tool, following all instructions, Rebooot

Install the current build and reimport any tasks you saved previously.

Note: If you have the Plus Pack installed, it should be uninstalled as well, prior to clean up

Please post a follow up with your progress.

Is this the screen you are seeing?

The message the screen is attempting to convey is that

"yes," the version you are attempting to install is the most current ,
"yes", proceeding with the install will install the most current version.

Grover,
Good point. It might be that users are seeing the check that an ATI installer performs before running.

That screen has caused me some confusion too - it's just not the industry standard way of doing it.

Hello all,

Thank you for taking time to contact us.

Since the program behavior confuses you, we will improve it for the future releases.

Thank you for your hints.
