Don't bother, Acronis 12 doesn't work & the forums appear to have been abandoned.. Try Sourceforge.

@OP

2012 is seriously broken -- don't upgrade yet.

I would stay with 2011 until update 1 is released and fully vetted. check back to these forums in a month or so.

Ok, i'll see but my question is still unanswered.

And so backup created with acronis 11 do they works with acronis 2012

Ps: it's acronis true image 11 and not 2011

BR and THI are diferent product lines -- small business -vs- home. You would have to contact Acronis directly for 'upgrade' paths. Although I am not sure a thi product is an upgrade from a b&r product -- despite the numbering. As for thi 2012 reading b&r 11 image files -- again, I would contact acronis directly. I bet you get 'it should work' -- but i would not bet my data on that.

Can you dowhload the trial version and test it on your dataset? I tried to recover an thi2011 image with 2012 and got a series on 'image truncated' errors and crashes... this turned-out to be a bug in 2012, but goes to show---try before $$$...
