Upgrade keeping old settings

Thread needs solution

This is my first post here so hello to all.

I had an old version of Trueimage home (can't remember which). A while ago I upgraded to Trueimage Home 2011. I have only just noticed that it is still backing up using old settings (as well as new ones).

So...the backup schedule I created in old version of trueimage are still being used. How can I remove these? The old GUI is not accessible because it has been overwritten by the new one. But I don't see the old schedules in the new version.

Thank you in advance.

You can download a command line utility to zap all of the old task schedules. http://kb.acronis.com/content/1859. This can delete ALL of your task schedules. If you delete all your task schedules, you will have to reschedule your existing tasks. After you download it, open a command prompt and switch to the folder where you downloaded "schedmgr.exe" to, and type "schedmgr" and press enter. To delete ALL of your task schedules, at the "schedmgr" prompt type "task zap" and press enter. Type "exit" to close the schedmgr command prompt. Close your command prompt. Do not enter the quotation marks (" "). You can use this utility to delete individual task schedules if you want, but I find it easier to delete ALL the task schedules and reschedule the tasks you have set up. The instructions to delete individual task schedules are in the article, but you may find using this command line tool difficult.
