Upgrade single license to family?
Thread needs solution
A previous post about this in a thread for another version showed a reply to contact customer support. Tried that, but both the chat line and e-mail form require an "error code," and since there's no error involved I was stuck there. Been going around in circles trying to contact them to ask this simple question. So, does anybody know if this is possible, and exactly how can I contact Customer Support to inquire about this?

Joey wrote:You can upgrade from within the 2014 program. Near the top right of the program is a link to sign in with your acronis account. After signing in, click your email address or the icon next to it and a context menu will appear. Select upgrade account and then you can choose your upgrade options. I upgraded from a single premium license to a family pack for $19.99.
Thanks for the timely and informative reply. It'll cost me $29.95, though. Still worth it. Cheers.
