Upgrade to TI 2010

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I've bought Acronis TI 2009 about 1 week ago, and now I see that there's TI 2010 already available. Is there any possibility to let users update for free within a certain time frame from purchase of the previous version?

Awaiting your (hopefully) positive response

If you are authorized for receiving a free upgrade on the described terms, please submit your upgrade inquiry to Acronis Customer Central.

I join you as one of the suckers who purchased ATI 9 then installed Windows 7. Tough luck on us hey! After years of using ATI versions that worked very well, I have now uninstalled ATI 9 and written off my dollars. I will not be back.

Not to worry, if your current version of ATI works on your machine, you may better off. The later version isn't really an upgrade, just a new grade. Still has crditical bugs and for many folks is not a better prog than the prior version. Shame you had to spend money on it. Before buying software, it's always a good idea to go the manufacutrer's web site and find out what the latest version is. Lots of software sellers dump old inventory on unsuspecting buyers.

I am a thoroughly disappointed customer. I have purchased Acronis 9 with 1 year upgrade assurance. I did not get my upgrade. The replies given by their helpdesk are legally worded, and a commoner, though knows law. Very well, have no time, money and energy to fight with the listed entity.
Thoroughly disappointing, experience. I have made a good buy to Acronis.
Long live Acronis!!!
