Upgrade to TI 2011 blows away Acronis OS Selector 10

I just upraded to TI 2011 from TI 2010. Installation went fine and it wanted a reboot. Upon reboot I noticed my Acronis OS Selector was gone and it booted right into Vista. I was using OS Selector 10 to triple boot to two Vista's and one Linux. I happened to reboot again and caught a glimpse of some text and noticed it said hit F11, which I did and saw a new screen with the Recovery Manager screen. I then loaded TI up and found where I could disable this which I did. Then it just rebooted to Vista and that was it. I thought that's real nice, it just blew OS Selector away completely. So I rebooted with TI 2010 rescue media, found my latest backup and selected to restore the Master Boot Record only. I did that and everything was back as normal then.

This is just an FYI, but I thought that this should not be normal behaviour for the product.
