Upgrade TI2009 to TI2010 - HELP!
I resort to this post as my last and final act of exasperation.
I purchased TI2009 on August 15, 2009. I am within the 30 day free upgrade to TI2010 window as set by Acronis in their website. The procedure stated in the website is to write Technical Support. . . .I have done this twice in three weeks (waited ten days each time for a response) and NADA!
Here are my case numbers from those inquiries: 00351404 and 00368888. I attached a PDF of my dated receipt to the emails sent.
Is there anyone out there at Acronis reading this board? If so, please respond, you know my email address.

According to our database, you have received the upgrade to Acronis True Image Home 2010 free of charge. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the responses.
I would like to share some information for other customers.
According to Acronis upgrade policy, customers who have purchased Acronis True Image Home 2009 Full Version or Upgrade in the 30 days period prior to the release of Acronis True Image Home 2010 from the Acronis Online Stores are able to get free upgrade serial numbers. Customers who have purchased Acronis True Image Home 2009 Full Version/Upgrade after the release of Acronis True Image Home 2010 from Acronis Retail Stores are eligible for free upgrades.
We have also implemented Acronis True Image Home Upgrade Protection.
Acronis True Image Home Upgrade Protection is valid for 12 months from the purchase date, and can only be bought with Acronis True Image Home 2010 Upgrade (all available language editions).
