Upgrading to 2015 Build 6613 fails!

Anyone see an error with applying the Build 6613 update?

I get the following error about halfway through:

"Error writing to file: C:\Config.Msi\154d89.rbf.
Verify that you have access to that directory."

I clicked "Save error log to file" and attached the zip file created.
