Upgrading Raid0 drives

I have a Dell 9200 which came with a Raid0 set up on two 350Gb drives.

I have run out of room and wish to replace the drives with two 1Tb drives also as Raid0

I've tried replacing the old drives with the new and running the Bootable media to restore my BackUp from a 1Tb USB drive.

Few of the options, even on the Wizard, mean anything to me and I've just been swapping discs back and forth trying, unsuccesfully, to get the restore to work.

Is there an idiots, step by step guide, to doing this upgrade?
