Upgrading from True Image Workstation Echo (build 8,115) to 2015 version

Hi there,

We had a server running vista running:

Acronis® True Image Echo Workstation® (build 8,115)

We replaced that server with a windows 7 pc and found that this version of Acronis was not compatible.

We had the original invoice and serial number of Acronis® True Image Echo Workstation® (build 8,115) so when we came to buy the latest 2015 version we purchased the 'update' version not the 'Full'.

Now when I input the old serial number into the 2015 version after installation it says: "The serial number is incorrect."

I understand if my older version is too old to warrant an update in which case could someone people tell me the steps necessary to upgrade my 'Update' version to a 'Full'. without having to buy a full version all together.

Please can someone give me some indication on how to proceed? I do not see any options to directly contact Acronis.
