US Cloud Servers and not seeing backups

Thread needs solution

Wow I took the plunge from a well functioning True Image 2012 to 2015. /sigh among other things...

I could not see my backups on the cloud with the browser. I could see syncs though. The cloud was showing the space taken up by the backups though.

When I clicked restore in the UI it took me to my account page! I began playing around with it and found to my surprise that Acronis was sending my backups to different servers and not giving me the ability to find them.

Some backups were on https://cloud-wr-us1.acronis.com/index.htm#tab-1
and others were on https://cloud-wr-us2.acronis.com/index.htm#tab-1

Note the WR-US2 and WR-US1

When I manually changed those around I was able to get to my backups finally. LoL is there a 3 and 4 or a 22? Like I want to search for my backups like that. Not.

This is a perfect example of letting paying customers be Beta Testers.

Here is the reply I got from Acronis Support. JFYI

I would like to inform you that our developers plan to implement a single point of entry to view all archives on the same page further redirecting to the actual data centers. This feature would be implemented in the upcoming versions of Acronis.

For now, the only workaround is to manually navigate to the respective pages to view and recover the data. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to view all the archives on one page.

We have submitted this feature request to our Development Team and the Management Team as well.
The request/feedback that we submit will be reviewed by our Management Team and will be considered very seriously in driving improvements in our Acronis programs.

I request you to browse the archive manually and recover the required data that you are looking for.
