US Cloud Servers and not seeing backups
Wow I took the plunge from a well functioning True Image 2012 to 2015. /sigh among other things...
I could not see my backups on the cloud with the browser. I could see syncs though. The cloud was showing the space taken up by the backups though.
When I clicked restore in the UI it took me to my account page! I began playing around with it and found to my surprise that Acronis was sending my backups to different servers and not giving me the ability to find them.
Some backups were on https://cloud-wr-us1.acronis.com/index.htm#tab-1
and others were on https://cloud-wr-us2.acronis.com/index.htm#tab-1
Note the WR-US2 and WR-US1
When I manually changed those around I was able to get to my backups finally. LoL is there a 3 and 4 or a 22? Like I want to search for my backups like that. Not.
This is a perfect example of letting paying customers be Beta Testers.
