USB HD does not show in What to Backup List, does show as drive in Destination List

Thread needs solution

Installed ATI on new hard drive, connected USB HD and wanted to perform a backup of the USB HD but it does not show in "What to Backup List", does show as drive in Destination List. I was able to perform a backup of the USB HD on original internal HD using latest ATI. The only thing that I believe is different is I changed the internal HD as I needed a larger HD.

When you boot the computer on the recovery CD, can you do the backup?

I am having the same problem when I want to CREATE an image file FROM the USB drive...It does not show up as one of the drives. However it does show in Windows. Worked when I upgraded to 2014 from 2010, but not since I rebuilt my machine, loading ATI2014 straight from the 2014 installation file. ATIH2014_5560_en-US.exe
