Wayne, welcome to these user forums.

Sorry but too little information provided to be able to advice you.

What version of Acronis True Image is involved here?
What version of Windows system?
How did you create the bootable USB stick?
What size is the USB stick, how is it formatted (FAT32 or NTFS etc?)

BOOTMGR is missing normally applies to a hard disk drive being booted or to an unformatted drive.

Thanks for your response, I have a support person from Acronis look inot this issue. in fact two, 3 hours on saturday and 4 hours on sunday via team viewer. They could not rselove the problem so far.

They are now checking with there experts.

I will wait for there further support at this time.

But in answer to your question, Window 7 Acronis 2010 Hone, fat 32, stick created with 2010 Home software

Wayne, thanks for the update.

ATIH 2010 is very old - now 7 years and growing grey hairs but the main issue with using such an old product is that it does not have support for UEFI BIOS systems.

See KB 5684: EFI Based Operating Systems Support in Acronis Products which shows that you need ATIH 2012 or later for this support.
