User Credentials do not connect

I am using Acronis True Image 2014 Premium. I have created a backup to a NAS through a wireless connection. I want to change the time of the backup. When i changed the time and hit save, Acronis asked for user credentials to the folder on the NAS. I tried login for NAS and login for Wireless but neither work. I also tried Windows logon and password but that did not work either.
I cannot exit the popup using the cancel button. It creates an endless loop saying credentials failed. I can only exit by shutting down Windows 7 Premium.
What credentials is Acronis looking for?
