Using and restoring BootMGR with Dual Boot System

Hi,

I want to be sure, English is not my mother language, I appreciate if you will answer my question. I am using a so called dual Boot system with XP and Windows7. When I back up the whole DISK I have the possibility to check box BootMgr. Do I have to do that? Maybe it's better to do this always? I mean, it doesn't matter if you do or don't?

Maybe I have to do this only if I restore the whole disk to another disk? Please, help me, it's confusing me.
