Using another disk / partition for the temporary consolidation file?

Hello at all,

I am looking for a chance to prevent a ‘disk full’ problem.

I am using TIH2010, Build 7046, and make Backups of two partitions in form of 1x full backup and 6x incremental backups with consolidation after these 7 Backups. (On a small backup disk at this time.)

Now, during consolidation, TIH creates temporary a second file in size of the partition backups on the backup disk. Because of this, the result can be a ‘disk full’ problem. E.g. 173 GB are free after consolidation, but during consolidation the ‘disk full’ error occurs.

Therefore it was wish able to have an option to tell TIH to use another disk / partition for this temporary consolidation file. Or is it possible? I have nothing found.
