Using TI Premium To Restore Win XP Image To Win 8.1 Machine

I am trying to install a Win XP image backup to a Dell Win 8.1 machine and get an error code 0xc000000f
after the Win XP image file has been transferred to the Win 8.1 machine on boot up after the install.

Do I need to format the Win 8.1 hdd before installing the backup?

Any other tips would be most appreciated.
