Valid Tariff

Thread needs solution

I'm unable to retrieve backup files from a local backup drive with an error of "The Tariff is not valid". I am able to open the file through Acronic True Image 2014 program from my backup drive. Did the software company shut down my Acronic True Image 2014 so I am unable to retrieve backup files because they want me to upgrade?
I'm unable to receive from either my network backup drive or my usb backup drive.

Hello Greg,

recovery option is available in every version of Acronis True Image, we don't limit it in any way. What is the operating system on the machine in question? I suspect that the OS is not supported by Acronis True Image 2014 (here the list of supported OS https://www.acronis.com/en-gb/support/documentation/ATIH2014/index.html#22603.html).  If that is the case, you may want downloading a free trial of Acronis True Image 2020 (Acronis True Image 2014 should be uninstalled first) and using it to recover data on Windows 10 or try using a bootable media instead of the desktop version.
