Verifying SSD alignment

Thread needs solution

I used TRUE IMAGE 2014 rescue disk to copy a 2 terabyte HDD to a new 256GB sdd. The original disk had 4 hidden partitions plus a C: and D: partitions. The ACRONIS instructions specified creating partitions manually, but I am not sure that in sizing the graphical display verified the partitions were on the right boundaries. ACRONIS states 1024 kb (KILOBIT) divisible starting boundaries.
I think 1024kb is 1mb (IE: 1 megabit) . Therefore if diskpart shows an offset for C: of 989MB (megabytes) and D: 150GB (gigabytes) then in fact those are evenly divisible by 1024kb. Can someone please verify that that is correct.?

Thankyou

To be aligned, each partition offset needs to be divisible by 4096 when expressed in bytes. To get to bytes measurements, use msinfo32, under components, hardware, disks.

Thankyou PAT....
The msinfo32 program was clear and told me what I wanted to know. My partitions were in fact divisible by 4096.

good work
