Version 9 will not recognise any hard drives

Thread needs solution

Suddenly and without reason my Acronis will not recognise any of my hard drives. It was working OK 3 months ago but now when I start up version 9 (home) I get the massage that it cannot find any drives.
Can you point me to the problem please.

There are a few reasons for this issue. Our level SnapApi drivers responsible for hard drive operations became corrupt or a third party application is blocking our software access to your hard drive.

We can try the following solution. In a few minutes I will send you a SnapApi drivers update via a private message. Please install it and reboot your machine and see if the issue persists. If it does, try disabling any anti-virus software that you may have, a recent update could be causing this.
