A very important Trick during The Creation of Acronis Bootable Media using Flash Drive:

If you want to create a bootable flash drive using the tool "Create bootable media" of Acronis, Do not format the flash drive with the file system "NTFS"! (because Acronis does not support this file system on the flash drive)

Otherwise, the operation will not start and the following warning appears:

E0004000E: The operation is not supported.
