A very strange request

Thread needs solution

I am trying to open a .tib file of a C:/ drive and am getting this message. If I cancel the procedure stops. What should I be selecting please?

Strange indeed. This displays in Windows Explorer when you attempt to browse to a back up file, or in the back up explorer window?

Sorry to be thick, but I am not quite sure I know the difference. I was told by Support that I can open a .tib with Windows Explorer, BUT the image shows what happens when I try to open the .tib with ATHI2012. That is after I double left click on the Acronis icons indicating Backup and c:/ Drive.

I have not been successful in opening with Windows Explorer. Should mention that I am trying to open the .tib which was created on a Win7 32 bit machine using another Win 7 32 machine because the original machine crashed.
