Video card went crazy after backup with Acronis True Image Home 2011

Hi, I have a big problem with my Toshiba netbook NB200-10J (PLL25E-00300VIT) because after making a backup with Acronis True Image Home 11 (run with recovery discs and not with the software installed on Windows) restart the computer has gone mad.
Specifically, my netbook has an integrated video card (Mobile Intel 945), which can reach a maximum resolution of 1024x600 while the computer after the backup has changed resolution to 1024x768 going even when it is in dos or when I enter the bios (in fact the screens of the bios are cut at the bottom).
I also tried to update the bios by downloading it directly from the site of toshiba but on reboot the resolution is always 1024x768.
Trying to launch a live distro of ubuntu 10 that I had on a CD, I noticed that in this case the OS "Sees" the correct video card he proposed as the possible settings 800x600 and 1024x600 (windows7 what he did before the backup with acronis).
What can I do to restore the situation before the backup ???? ATIH 2011 may have "busted" the bios the onboard video making "believe" on my laptop there is a 1024x768 monitor ????? is there any solution (even under Linux) to put everything in place ?????

Salve, ho un grande problema con il mio netbook Toshiba NB200-10J (PLL25E-00300VIT) in quanto dopo aver effettuato un’operazione di backup con Acronis True Image Home 11 (eseguito con cd di ripristino e non con il software installato su Windows) il computer al riavvio è impazzito .
Nello specifico il mio netbook ha una scheda video integrata (Mobile Intel 945) che può arrivare ad una risoluzione massima di 1024x600 mentre dopo il backup il computer ha cambiato risoluzione andando a 1024x768 anche quando si trova in dos o quando entro nel bios (infatti le videate del bios sono tagliate nella parte bassa).
Ho provato anche ad aggiornare il bios scaricandolo direttamente dal sito di toshiba ma al riavvio la risoluzione è sempre 1024x768.
Provando a lanciare un distro live di ubuntu 10 che avevo su un cd, ho notato che in questo caso il S.O. “vede” correttamente la scheda video proponendomi come possibili settaggi 800x600 e 1024x600 (quello che faceva windows7 prima del backup con acronis).
Cosa posso fare per ripristinare la situazione prima del backup ???? ATIH 2011 può aver “sballato” il bios della scheda video integrata facendogli “credere” che sul mio portatile sia presente un monitor 1024x768 ????? esiste qualche soluzione (anche sotto linux) per rimettere tutto a posto ?????
