Vista ultimate w/SP2 x64 Raid0 drives

I have read of many problems with users that are using ATI with Raid drives. I have Acronis® True Image Home® version 11.0 (build 8,101) and I am having problems with it locking up on my Dell XPS 730x 6GB with Vista ultimate w/SP2 x64 Raid0 drives. I don't even get to the backup before it locks up. What is the solution? It there a compatibility issue with the Vista x64 or the raid0 drives or both.
