Wake up the sleeping/hibernating computer

Thread needs solution

I am running TrueImage 2015, latest version, on three laptops. I've enabled the wake locks within power management so I can select "Wake up the sleeping/hibernating computer" as well as "Prevent the computer from going to sleep/hibernate". However, when the computer is in sleep mode, TrueImage does not wake it up to perform the backup. It also does not keep it awake if I close the lid during a backup.

What am I missing?

Another option you might try would be to use the Window Task Scheduler instead of the TrueImage scheduler.

Yeah, that's the ticket! Why expect a feature on a program, that I paid for, to do what it says it will do? ;)
I have the same comment I did when I was trying to get ATI 2011 to work correctly; Are we going to get paid for being Beta testers?
