Want to start again

Thread needs solution

I found that much of the information in the user manual was too complicated and beyond my capabilities.  As a result I did a bad job in my backup settings.

I would now like to try again with a clean slate (clear external HDD of all backup items and delete all my current backup settings).  Is there an easy way to do this?

I've simplified my objective:  to be able to transfer all my files, system, documents, photos, videos, music, e-mails to another computer when required (disaster, new computer, etc.).  

Any help would be very much appreciated.

With no response to my first request, I'm trying to work through 'Support" with no success there either.

1) I get the message "Some of support options are unavailable because your support program has expired." I'm confused as I have just updated to True Image 2015 for PC (Jan 18/16). !?

1) I tried Live Chat & E-Mail support links but they are greyed out.  I thought these support options (according to KB) are freely available. ??

How can I contact Support?
