web site does not recognize registration
I have a registered copy of True Image 2012. When I log on to the web site and go to the product updates page it says I have no registered products. When I try and register the product, it says the product is already registered. I think I registered the product during installation, not on the website. Can anyone help. I can't even send a message to support via the website, it says I have no registered products.

I have the same problem and tried to use the link you posted, but after putting in the subject and body text and send it say it has to have a to: person.
but no place to put it in.

All you have to do is to click on the link which is a private message to Anton.
Fill in the subject.
Fill in the text.
Click send message at the bottom below window.
