What are the differences between True Image Home 10 and True Image Home 11
I can't find a simple comparison of the 2 products. I run Vista. Other than support for Windows 7 (not needed at this time), what are the advantages of upgrading?

2011 has a completely different UI, you will have to try before upgrading. Do a system backup before uninstalling 2010 and installing 2011.
T&D in 2011 is a bit more robust in cases where the system needs to reboot during a session.
The Non-Stop-Backup feature of 2011 now features a partition mode, versus only a file mode.
Some users argue that 2011 is slower than 2010.
There are many quirks and issues with 2011, but none are showstoppers if you use only the core imaging and file backups features.
If you use only the core imaging and file backup of 2010, they are working well and your recovery CD works well on your system, you should be perfectly fine staying with 2010.

Well, I tried 2011. I was happy with 2010. It worked for 3 hours. Then crashed on startup. NO amount of uninstall/reinstall would help. Contacted chat support. They were fantastic. 2 different guys webex'd into my PC for a total of 5 hours. Changed service settings; installed snap tools; did a clean uninstall and reinstall.
Nothing. Nada. Still broken. I also absolutely hated the dumbed down GUI. Even if they fix it, I am going back to 2010. It is far more intuitive and usable.
Bottom line is that I cant get 20011 to stop crashing at startup. Reinstalled 2010 and happy again.
I want to reiterate how absolutely fantastic and responsive the support was. No waiting and they spent literally hours trying to help one on one. No issue form that standpoint.

As your problem is not the same as the original poster, please begin a new thread where it may be discussed properly. Otherwise the thread will become confusing as it won't be clear which user's problem is being addressed.
Also, please be clear as to whether you use ATI 11 or ATI 2011 (two different versions, several years apart).
