What file/data is at what sector TIH2014

Sample Line in my backup log file:

9    Information    10/23/2015 9:24:41 AM    Failed to read sector '3,868,536,039' of hard disk '1'. The sector has been skipped

(OK, yes, I should replace this hard drive because one failed sector means another is going to happen sooner than later. )

HOW can I tell what file or data is located at that sector? The application must know because it's in the middle of backing something up and hits this fail to read. How can I get my log to show me what's there? I'd like to know which file or piece of the backup is incomplete/corrupt.
