When is data deleted?

I am using Mozy and considering switching to Acronis. My beef with Mozy is that if i delete a file or something goes wrong with my installation, then Mozy will delete the said file after 30 days.

Will my data be secure on Acronis Online backup even if i delete it from my local machine?
