Where does TI 2011 store it's configuration files?

I had to restore Windows and don't want to go thru the full setup of backups, options etc again.
Where are the configuration files stored?
I am on Windows 7 64bit.
I was never able to use the "SAVE" config option. It never worked. Acronis "support" has been working on it for the last few months but in the meantime I need to restore or my configurations.
